FEES

Our fee structures are as follows (Recruitment rates pertaining to permanent employees) :


15% of basic annual salary + 14% VAT with a 90 days guarantee
or
12% of basic annual salary + 14% VAT with a 60 days guarantee
or
10% of basic annual salary + 14% VAT with a 30 days guarantee


GUARANTEE STRUCTURE

Our applicants are covered by our 90 days (3 months) guarantee, which applies as follows:
  • Should an applicant resign or leave your service, for any reason other than redundancy, during the guarantee period, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge on condition that the salary does not increase. A new guarantee period applies to our replacement.

  • Should you not wish to replace the applicant or in the unlikely event of our company not being able to replace, we will credit or refund a percentage of the invoiced amount based on the guarantee structure as outlined below:

  • This refund / guarantee is subject to:
    1. The invoice being paid in full within 7 days of commencement of employee
    2. Your written confirmation being received by us within 10 days of termination of employment
